Independent Court Reporters is a partnership of individual court reporters, each of whom is a business entity duly licensed under the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission.

Elizabeth Hurst-Waitz, Yvonne Gonzales and Marie Encinias are all certified by the New Mexico Board Governing the Recording of Judicial Proceedings, and we are all members of the New Mexico Court Reporters Association.
